The Story Behind the Flock

Tracey and Courtney met as friends after thirty and turned their friendship into a sisterhood. Through this relationship, they discovered that many women crave connection but find making friendships after thirty difficult. Thus, the birth of Flamingal Entertainment.

Flamingal Entertainment provides more than just events, we provide space for women to show up exactly as they are, feel supported, build real friendships, and enjoy memorable experiences. Because we believe that every woman deserves besties.

Courtney was born in West Palm Beach, Florida, and after spending much of her childhood away, she returned home in 2015.

Like many adults, she discovered that building meaningful friendships later in life isn't always easy. It took years to find her people, but the journey taught her just how life-changing the right group of friends can be.

Throughout the years, I've encountered individuals who were invaluable lessons and others who turned into cherished lifelong blessings. This is the reason we established Flamingal Entertainment—to provide women with a fun, inviting environment to connect, enjoy laughter, create lasting memories, and discover their community.

Having spent 16 years in Florida, I've come to realize that forming friendships as an adult can often be challenging. Life becomes hectic, people relocate, schedules become packed, and before you realize it, seeking out your tribe can appear nearly impossible.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create real connection where conversations flow, friendships form, and community thrives beyond the event.

It is not networking, it is finding your flock.

We don't do awkward icebreakers. We design the space, set the table, and bring the right crowd; you just show up.
