Flamingal Entertainment Event Ticket Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: [August 2026]

These Event Ticket Terms and Conditions apply to tickets purchased for events organized, hosted, presented, promoted, or managed by Flamingal Entertainment, INC (“Flamingal Entertainment,” “Flamingal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing, receiving, transferring, accepting, or using a ticket, or by attending an event, the purchaser and attendee agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase and Acceptance

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

The individual completing the purchase represents that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

A ticket purchase is not complete until payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued.

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing all event information before completing the transaction, including the event date, time, location, age requirements, dress code, included items, and any additional event-specific rules.

2. All Ticket Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific event, all ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.

Refunds will not be issued because of:

  • A purchaser’s change of plans

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Travel difficulties

  • Illness or personal circumstances

  • Failure to attend

  • Late arrival

  • Failure to comply with an event’s dress code or admission requirements

  • Removal from an event for violating these Terms or the Code of Conduct

  • Dissatisfaction with seating, food selections, entertainment, activities, vendors, speakers, or other event elements that were subject to change

Processing fees, platform fees, taxes, delivery fees, and other third-party charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

3. Ticket Transfers

Unless an event is specifically identified as nontransferable, a ticket may be transferred to another eligible attendee before the transfer deadline published for that event.

Transfer requests must be submitted to contact@flamingalentertainment.com and should include:

  • The original purchaser’s name

  • The order or confirmation number

  • The original ticket holder’s name

  • The new attendee’s full name and email address

Flamingal Entertainment is not responsible for private payment arrangements between the original purchaser and the new attendee.

Tickets may not be resold for more than their original purchase price without Flamingal Entertainment’s written authorization. Tickets obtained through unauthorized resellers may be canceled without refund.

4. Event Cancellation

If Flamingal Entertainment cancels an event and does not reschedule it, the original purchaser will receive a refund of the ticket’s face value or another remedy described in the cancellation notice.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, Flamingal Entertainment is not responsible for transportation, lodging, childcare, wardrobe, parking, meals, lost wages, or other expenses incurred in connection with an event.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. The timing of the refund may depend on the ticketing platform, payment processor, or financial institution.

5. Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, previously issued tickets will ordinarily remain valid for the new date.

Flamingal Entertainment will communicate the available options, which may include:

  • Using the original ticket for the rescheduled event

  • Transferring the ticket to another eligible attendee

  • Receiving a ticket credit for an eligible future Flamingal Entertainment event

  • Requesting a refund within a specific refund window, when offered

The options available may vary by event. Failure to submit a request by the announced deadline may result in the ticket remaining valid only for the rescheduled event.

6. Event Changes

Event details are subject to change when reasonably necessary.

Flamingal Entertainment may change or substitute the venue, room, schedule, activities, menu, speakers, performers, vendors, sponsors, seating arrangements, décor, entertainment, or other event components.

Reasonable changes to event programming or participants do not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund.

Flamingal Entertainment will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes using the email address provided at checkout, its website, social-media channels, or the applicable ticketing platform.

7. Weather and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Events may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, public-health concerns, governmental actions, power outages, transportation interruptions, venue emergencies, labor disruptions, acts of God, safety threats, or other circumstances beyond Flamingal Entertainment’s reasonable control.

When appropriate, Flamingal Entertainment may delay, relocate, modify, reschedule, convert, or cancel an event.

Refunds, credits, transfers, or other remedies for these circumstances will be determined based on the specific event, venue agreements, expenses already incurred, insurance coverage, ticketing-platform requirements, and applicable law.

8. Admission and Check-In

Attendees may be required to present:

  • A valid ticket or confirmation

  • A government-issued photo ID

  • Proof of age

  • Any event-specific documentation identified before the event

The name on the ticket or guest list may be required to match the attendee’s identification.

Admission is subject to venue capacity, safety requirements, event rules, and these Terms and Conditions.

Attendees arriving after the published check-in or admission time may experience delayed or restricted entry. Flamingal Entertainment does not guarantee that late attendees will be able to participate in missed meals, activities, raffles, entertainment, presentations, or giveaways.

9. Age Requirements and Alcohol

Age requirements will be stated in the event description.

Attendees must be at least 21 years old to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued identification may be required regardless of apparent age.

Providing alcohol to an underage person, purchasing alcohol for an underage person, using false identification, or attempting to bypass event or venue alcohol policies is prohibited.

Alcohol service is controlled by the venue, caterer, bartender, or appropriately authorized provider. Service may be refused or discontinued at any time.

Attendees are responsible for drinking responsibly and arranging safe transportation. No person should drive while impaired.

The purchase of an event ticket does not guarantee that alcoholic beverages will be included, available, or served to a particular attendee.

10. Food, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions

Food and beverages may be prepared or provided by independent venues, caterers, restaurants, vendors, or sponsors.

Flamingal Entertainment cannot guarantee that food or beverages will be free from allergens, cross-contact, or ingredients that may affect a particular attendee.

Attendees with food allergies, medical dietary restrictions, or other concerns are responsible for contacting Flamingal Entertainment before purchasing a ticket and speaking directly with the food-service provider at the event.

Requests for dietary accommodations will be considered but cannot always be guaranteed.

11. Health, Fitness, and Activity-Based Events

Some Flamingal Entertainment events may involve walking, dancing, exercise, outdoor activities, games, physical movement, or other voluntary activities.

By participating, the attendee represents that they are physically capable of participating safely and understands that physical activities involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, strains, collisions, dehydration, weather exposure, and other injuries.

Attendees should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating when they have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, physical limitation, or other health concern.

Participation in any activity is voluntary. Attendees should stop participating immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, illness, or distress.

12. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at an event may involve ordinary and inherent risks, including risks associated with crowds, venues, parking areas, food, alcohol, outdoor conditions, physical activities, other attendees, vendors, transportation, communicable illnesses, and personal property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each attendee voluntarily assumes the ordinary and inherent risks associated with attending and participating in the event.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to release or limit liability that cannot legally be released or limited.

13. Personal Property

Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.

Flamingal Entertainment and its venues, contractors, sponsors, vendors, employees, volunteers, and representatives are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Any found property may be held for a limited period and then donated or discarded.

14. Code of Conduct

Flamingal Entertainment is committed to creating welcoming, respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable experiences for women and invited guests.

Attendees must behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff members, volunteers, speakers, vendors, sponsors, venue personnel, and community partners.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or threats

  • Discrimination or targeted hostility

  • Unwanted physical contact

  • Fighting or aggressive behavior

  • Excessive intoxication or disruptive conduct

  • Possession of illegal drugs

  • Possession of weapons where prohibited

  • Deliberate interference with event activities

  • Solicitation, sales activity, or promotion without authorization

  • Recording another attendee in a private or inappropriate manner

  • Conduct that creates a safety concern or materially disrupts the event

Flamingal Entertainment and venue personnel may deny admission or remove an attendee whose behavior violates these Terms, venue policies, or applicable law.

An attendee who is denied admission or removed for misconduct will not be entitled to a refund.

15. Community Interactions and Personal Relationships

Flamingal Entertainment creates opportunities for attendees to meet and interact, but it does not investigate, screen, verify, endorse, or guarantee the character, background, intentions, compatibility, business practices, or representations of attendees.

Attendees are responsible for exercising personal judgment when exchanging contact information, meeting someone outside an event, entering a friendship, making a business arrangement, purchasing a product, or engaging with another attendee.

Flamingal Entertainment does not guarantee that an attendee will make a friendship, business connection, romantic connection, or any other particular relationship or outcome.

16. Photography, Video, and Event Publicity

Flamingal Entertainment may photograph, film, livestream, or otherwise record events for promotional, editorial, archival, advertising, sponsorship, and social-media purposes.

By entering an event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event photography or recordings.

To the extent permitted by law, attendees grant Flamingal Entertainment permission to use event photographs, video, audio, and other recordings in which they appear, without additional compensation, for lawful business and promotional purposes.

An attendee who does not wish to be intentionally photographed or featured should notify Flamingal Entertainment in writing before the event and inform the check-in team upon arrival. Flamingal Entertainment will make reasonable efforts to honor the request but cannot guarantee exclusion from wide-angle, crowd, background, livestream, or incidental footage.

Attendees may take personal photographs unless prohibited for a specific event. Commercial photography, professional filming, livestreaming, interviews, or organized content production requires prior written approval.

17. Speakers, Vendors, Sponsors, and Third Parties

Speakers, restaurants, venues, vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, entertainers, instructors, and other third parties may operate independently from Flamingal Entertainment.

Their statements, products, services, advice, promotions, and representations are their own and do not necessarily represent Flamingal Entertainment.

Attendees are responsible for evaluating third-party products and services before making purchases or entering agreements.

Flamingal Entertainment is not responsible for disputes between attendees and independent third parties, except to the extent required by law.

18. Raffles, Giveaways, and Promotions

Raffles, drawings, contests, and giveaways may be subject to separate official rules and eligibility requirements.

Purchasing an event ticket does not guarantee that an attendee will receive or win a prize, gift bag, sample, promotional product, or giveaway item.

Prizes have no cash value unless expressly stated. Flamingal Entertainment may substitute a prize with an item of reasonably comparable value when necessary.

Attendees may be required to be present at the time of a drawing to win.

19. Accessibility and Accommodation Requests

Flamingal Entertainment strives to create accessible and welcoming events.

Attendees requesting a disability-related accommodation should contact contact@flamingalentertainment.com as early as possible before the event and provide enough information for the request to be evaluated.

Flamingal Entertainment will work with the venue and applicable providers to consider reasonable accommodations, but specific accommodations may depend on the venue, timing, event format, and available resources.

20. Communications

By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to receive transactional communications related to the order and event, including confirmations, reminders, changes, safety information, parking instructions, and cancellation notices.

Marketing emails and text messages will be handled in accordance with the consent options presented during registration. A purchaser may unsubscribe from marketing communications, but unsubscribing may not prevent necessary transactional event messages.

Purchasers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders.

21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, purchasers are encouraged to contact Flamingal Entertainment at contact@flamingalentertainment.com so the issue can be reviewed.

Submitting a chargeback does not automatically override these Terms, the event’s refund policy, or the purchaser’s agreement made at checkout.

Flamingal Entertainment may provide the financial institution or payment processor with the order confirmation, proof of acceptance of these Terms, event communications, check-in records, ticket usage information, and other relevant transaction records.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flamingal Entertainment’s total liability arising from a ticket purchase or event will not exceed the amount paid directly to Flamingal Entertainment for the affected ticket.

Flamingal Entertainment will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost income, lost opportunities, travel expenses, or emotional distress, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, an attendee agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from that attendee’s unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, intentional misconduct, damage to property, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision is not intended to require an attendee to indemnify Flamingal Entertainment for Flamingal Entertainment’s own conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.

24. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from an event or ticket purchase will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any legal proceeding relating to these Terms, a ticket purchase, or an event must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Before filing a legal proceeding, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written communication.

25. Severability

If any portion of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that portion will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining portions will remain in effect.

26. Changes to These Terms

Flamingal Entertainment may update these Terms periodically.

The version presented or linked at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction. Event-specific terms communicated during registration may supplement these Terms.

If event-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the event-specific terms will control for that event.
